2019年9月中国科协、财政部、教育部、科学技术部、国家新闻出版署、中国科学院、中国工程院七部门联合实施“中国科技期刊卓越行动计划”，该计划被称为科技期刊届的“国家队”遴选，也是迄今我国在科技期刊领域实施的力度最大、资金最多的重大支持专项。最终遴选出22种领军期刊、29种重点期刊、199种梯队期刊和30种高起点新刊。

期刊介绍

Cancer Biology & Medicine（CBM）期刊的前身为郝希山院士创办的Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology (《中国肿瘤临床》英文版)，于2012年更名，2017年被SCI收录，但自2012年以来全部文章均可在WOS数据库中检索。由中国科协主管、中国抗癌协会和天津医科大学肿瘤医院主办。CBM是一本金色开放获取期刊，所有刊发文章均可在网站下载。

这本刊的独特之处在于走出了独立自主，不借助任何国际出版商也进入SCI道路。

编委会/同行评审过程

经过编辑或编委会成员的初步审查后，第一轮意见将在7天内做出，要么送审（2个以上，单盲）， 要么拒稿。审稿人会对临床试验文献的统计分析和数据的科学有效性进行评估。

审稿周期一个月（此为杂志社官网数据，实际时间略有差别）左右，作者有两周时间进行常规修订（有必要的话，可延长至1个月）。被录用的论文将在录用后4个月内出版。

国际影响力

在医学研究与实验类（Medicine, Research &Experimental）138本期刊中，CBM排名第20位，位于Q1区（JCR将每一学科期刊四等分，排名前25%为Q1区）。

在肿瘤学类（Oncology）244本期刊中，CBM排名第52位，位于Q1区。

JCR数据报告显示，近年来CBM所刊论文的影响力逐年升高，最新影响因子较上一年度（4.467）大幅提升，总被引次数达到1,389次，较2018年提升了33%。

年度发文量

CBM是季刊，所以发文量一直不大。2015年-2019年分别为48、51、47、48、73篇。中国作者投稿所占比例大约在50%-55%，其中天津医科大学居首。2015年-2019年中国作者发文数量：17，19, 20, 30, 59篇。

影响因子

2018年6月，CBM获得首个SCI影响因子，4.607分，今年影响因子突破5分，达到5.432分。
